Fragrance is subjective, and some fragrances are stronger
than others. If your candle is not releasing a strong fragrance, try a couple’a things:

• Move your (un)lit candle to another location to avoid drafts from vents or fans.
• Ensure you have the right sized candle for the right sized space.
  Single wick candles work best in smaller rooms. Double or triple wick
  candles work best in larger rooms.

The soy wax in our candle blend has a low melting point and can “sweat”
excess fragrance oils that it can’t hold. This can be caused by a
variety of reasons like temperature changes when shipping your candle or where you store your candle. This is totally normal and generally won’t show up again after your first burn.

Because of our unique coconut + soy blend, our wax expands and contracts when candles are curing. We take all necessary steps to prevent this, but if you do happen to receive a cracked candle, don’t sweat it! Just start to burn it, and the wax will correct itself.

Full-sized Sonicglow candles will burn for 40+ hours. Burn times will always vary depending on the placement of your candle or size of your wick. Drafty areas and longer wicks will burn quicker.

You can extend your candle’s lifespan by burning long enough so the wax melts to the edge of the candle. We don’t want to tell you what to do, but if you don’t do this, your candle will begin to tunnel into the wax instead of melting all the way to the edges.

Candles have a burn memory, so be sure to burn your candle until the wax melts all the way to the edge of the vessel every time. This will help prevent tunneling and maximize the life of your candle.

It’s a sad day when your favorite candle comes to an end — especially when you’re left with that last little bit of unburnable wax in your vessel. To tie you over until your next candle arrives, freeze your room temperature vessel (not warm from a recent burn) for a few hours and the last bit of wax should pop right out. Dig out the wick remnants, cut your wax into smaller chunks and plop into a wax warmer for another round of your favorite home fragrance.

• Paper labels that are 100% recyclable and made with 100% post-consumer waste
• Vessel labels made from BioStone, an eco-friendly substrate made from stone, not trees
• Kraft shipping boxes that are fully recyclable
• EcoEnclose padded envelopes that are 100% recyclable and made from 20% post-consumer newsprint
• Candle sleeves + matchboxes are chlorine-free, recyclable, repulpable and made from 30% post-consumer fiber
• Fully reusable glass vessels

Our coconut + soy wax blend is a natural and renewable material, non-toxic, burns clean with almost no soot and allows for maximum fragrance throw. Through months of testing, we tried 100% soy, but we just weren’t happy with the results.

Our candles are clean-burning and non-toxic. We source our fragrances from reputable fragrance houses, which follow strict international safety standards and rigorous testing set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). Our scents, which contain both naturally-harvested and safe-synthetic ingredients, are also naturally paraben and phthalate-free.

We spend a lot of time experimenting and tweaking our custom blends in
order to get the strength just right. In general, we prefer scents that
are bold and lively in character. As such, our candles pack the maximum fragrance-to-weight ratio without sacrificing quality.

No way. All of our candles are vegan and cruelty-free.
